Flexible Assignment Modes:

  • Auto: Automatically assigns the client to the mapped user. If no mapping exists, the client is assigned to the CA.
  • Manual: Initially assigned to the CA Admin and only visible to them. The CA Admin can later assign the client request to a user while it’s in open status.
  • Pick & Choose: Assigned to the CA Admin by default but visible to all users. Any user can select and take action by updating the status.
